Why hasn't my order shipped yet?


Special Event Items

Special event items are available only after special events, such as a playoff game, championship or big rivalry.

  1. Ordering special event items can delay the shipment of your entire order if you order special even items and non-special event items together, even if you select expedited shipping.
  2. To ensure your order is not delayed due to special event items, we suggest that you order special event items separately.

To determine how a special event item ships, check the message appearing in green on the product's detail page.

If you see this message:

  • "This is a special event item. Orders containing this item will be held and shipped no later than Month, Day, Year"
  • It means your order will be held and all items will ship together once the special event item is ready to ship. If you want to receive all other non-special event items, then you will need to order the special event merchandise separately.

If you see this message:

  • "This is a special event item. Orders containing this item will be shipped separately. This item will be shipped no later than Month, Day, Year."
  • It means your order will ship now, however, the special event item won't ship until we receive it in our warehouse. You will receive two separate shipping confirmations but will only be charged one shipping fee.
