Returning A Manufacturer Direct Item

Process for returning A Manufacturer Direct, Memorabilia, or Collectible item:


If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us within 30 days of your items shipping date.

Please Note:

  • All Trading Cards, Encapsulated, Loose, or Boxed - No Exclusions, Game Used, Vintage, Customized and Personalized items cannot be returned
  • Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
  • These items cannot be returned after 30 days. If returned after this timeframe we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
